How to do a Yolandi Visser -esc hairstyle?

So it's honestly pretty easy to cut your hair like hers if you have a full head of hair that is straight, relatively thick, and of course, platinum blonde. The front of her head has about 1 and 1/2" of fringe and the same length goes for the top of her head all the way back to her skull until where it starts to slope down. At that point it's about 1 and a half inches down from there before it changes in length. The change is a disconnected cut rather than tapered. The fringe in the front acts as a guide for the shaved part. Imagine a line that goes from the bottom of the fringe to the hair line at the top of the ear and following it down to the back of her head. You shave back all of the hair below that imaginary line up until you come to the ear. Now imagine an imaginary line that runs behind the head connecting at the hair line right above where the ear attaches to the head (from ear to ear). Now, all of the hair blow this imaginary line is long and you can really do any length as long as it's noticeably longer than the hair above it. With that same imaginary line still in place, that imaginary line in place, imagine an other line that starts at one of the points that creates this line, and goes up and over the top of the head and connects to the other side of the ear. This second imaginary line runs along the line of hair that is 1 and half inches long right at the back of the skull where it starts to slope. If u have both of those two lines pictured, they make a funky circle and all of the hair inside of that circle is about 5" roughly and some little patches are shorter. The hair is cut with a technique that requires you to grab a strip of hair like normally u would but instead of cutting perpendicular to the hair, cut Straight down (parallel with the hair) so it make rough shattered look to the ends. I can imagine it's probably impossible to understand what I'm saying without some diagram to reference
