Huawei sues U.S. Government over unconstitutional ban of Huawei equipment

I presume this thread won't get much traction in this predominantly American sub, if mods approve it at all, but I am quite interested in the outcome. Huawei is in top 3 smartphone makes in Europe and investigations have found no evidence of spying on users:

Personally, I never owned their devices, for different reasons though =- EMUI and no Qualcomm SOCs mean I'd rather get a different phone. Then again, I've never owned and probably never will any Samsung for similar reasons (subpar Exynos SOCs), so it's besides the point.
