It wasn't as simple as the results though, it is that there has been sign no sign of any sort of plan or hint of direction, after all this time I still can't really tell you how he likes the ball to be played, it's felt like he has been winging it and any good spells we have (and we did have a decent 1st half yesterday) seems to come more from what pockets of talent we have shining through in spells.

Plus the fact he was constantly falling out or losing respect with players didn't help. You can say that that's maybe more on the players (and some like Billing took the piss), but it became a running theme with a lot of different players so it can't all be down to them. By the end of it I don't think the whole team even gave a shit about him.

All in all he was just out of his depth as expected and I honestly don't know what our board was thinking.
