The good cop bad cop argument is beyond moot. This is systemic. Massive policy overhaul is required for modern policing. Period. i.e. no military weapons or vehicles, tiered enforcement system, federal oversight and general power reduction for individual policing.

Live video access to officers supervisors on site. Traffic cops shouldn't have the power to enforce every single law. There are way to many of them. We need legal specialists either working with them or as a different unit type.

Trump has made not a single attempt to support anything that doesn't' revolve around him. Hes been dividing for decades and its reprehensible.
