Humanity wastes about 500 years per day on CAPTCHAs. It’s time to end this madness

there are many, far better, solutions and businesses don't want them

we could have created cryptographic, secure human networks to prove our identity a decade+ ago, normalized all the human days into the same distributed system we use physically, and gotten rid of all online passwords. it's not even that hard, for software. the problem, is businesses would need to let go of the idea that we are 'their users', that they open something when they know about us, and almost all online businesses count this as their core value proposition.

this is another technology solution this is unable to really address a deeper problem in the nature of most all online tech business.
