Humans Have Wiped Out 70% Of Animal Populations Since 1970, Study Finds

Its fantastic, delicious, cheap, healthy. Never felt better in my life. Make refried beans, mexican rice, salsa, mix it all together in a tortilla. I ate this 3 nights in a row this week because I had so much left overs, and with each bite I was blown away with how good/fresh it was. Make smoothies with spinach, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, plain greek yogurt, milk. I made this the other day that ended up tasting like some sort of exotic purple ice cream. Make fried egg sandwiches on toasted english muffins. Make spinach mushroom fettuccini alfredo pasta. Avocados exist. I'm not even the best at this but I have the fundamentals down and it's changed my life entirely. And by that I mean clear mind, stable mood, 3x energy, low body fat, LOTS of extra money.

My diet costs about 3-4k a year in food costs if I buy almost double what I could consume. So that includes sharing. This is insane we aren't all doing something similar and harming not a single animal. The eggs and the milk I have considered only because I do believe in the idea of animals and humans living together in harmony and I have land to have both, so I have included in my diet as it is something I will work towards producing on my own in the future. But farms (locally preferably) that treat their animals well are fine to buy from imo.
