Hump Day Pump Day - Training/Routine Discussion Thread - (July 29, 2020)

I mean I am not reinventing the wheel lmao. Bodybuilders have trained like this since it was invented. Also, I was training them 2x a week but got lower back and hip problems so I had to take like 6 months off from leg training, now I don't have any other problems than lower back is still kinda fucked.

So I wouldn't really like to fuck up my hips again by doing 2 leg workouts a week. 1x has been fine so far, but like about 1.5 months ago I tried doing leg workouts 2x a week and did it for 2 weeks and hips started giving hints already, I started having something similar problems that I had but it was very mild compared though so I was lucky I didn't get the same fucking injury/problem again.

So i'm gonna stick with 1x. And you don't even know what does my leg workout look like soo i'm not really going full chicken :)
