No one knows why the Flynn Effect is happening. There are many competing explanations. The leading hypothesis is most likely a combination of the many factors that can and do influence IQ. These include nutrition, schooling, environment, disease, genetic selection, epigenetics and declining rates of Heterosis. The 'science' you've linked (essay-form theories and hypotheses written by yourself, piecing together some related and some unrelated studies) don't add anything to the current hypotheses. You're claiming that the Flynn effect is due to one thing, which is almost certainly wrong.
