You get to decide what is best for your baby, end of discussion. Family doesn't want to get vaccinated, and you are not okay with them being tested and wearing mask prior to visitation? They don't get to see the baby. Simple as that. They are NOT the mother of the child so they do not get to decide when or if they get to see the baby however they want to. You can tell them to fuck off (maybe not literally, or literally, lol) but if they don't respect that then they can buzz off until they do. As for your husband hopefully you can convince him to get vaccinated, it's the best thing he can do for his child. If he won't get vaccinated you need to set rules in place so you protect your baby at all costs, whether that be he wears a mask 24/7 wherever he go, or he stays in the house.
