Might I ask, how long have you been married and have you always disliked the breast touching? And if so was he always aware you disliked it? I mean admittedly total dude perspective here, but I'd find it very bizarre if my wife never allowed me to touch her breasts. Of course I don't have em. Maybe it's uncomfortable to some women or something? IDK it's just something I've never encountered and never even considered being a possibility in a marriage. Obviously I'm not saying you can't set whatever rules with your body that you want. You surely can.

Regardless, like I said in my earlier reply it sounds like he simply doesn't respect your wishes/needs. Which is a major issue in a relationship. Hate to say it but it sounds like you two just aren't gonna be able to be sexually compatible. Which is a very big deal unfortunately.
