Don't include yourself in a target audience if you are not part of that target audience.

As anti-theist, I recognize that the country would be better off if these folks actually did as Jesus taught and did. But they don't. They pick and choose which parts of the Bible that serve their politics and their narrow world view, and then they use the divinity of the Bible to back-up their heinous interpretation.

Like, I might be more open to banning abortion if we could also support public programs to help single mothers or poor families raise that child. But the GOP and thus the "Christian Right" reliably vote against these public programs. And thus why they get called 'forced birthers,' as opposed to, 'pro life,' often enough. Because in practice they are not pro-life, they are pro-forced birth.
