Hypothetically speaking, what would happen if the Golden State Warriors were to....

I don't think it significantly impacts the legacy of Steph or KD. Both are MVPs are are already locks for the HOF. Both will finish between top 10 and 30 all-time. Maybe KD breaks into the top 10 more firmly with that kind of run. As individuals, I just don't think either will get the credit for this run.

The Warriors, as a whole, lock up team of the decade with ease and have to be in the pantheon of all-time great teams right their with early 2000s Lakers, 90s Bulls, 80s Celtics/Lakers, etc.

From a player perspective, I think the biggest bump would go to Draymond. I think he would move into the "lock" status as far as the HOF is concerned. That's mostly because I firmly believe if Dray goes down the team would lose to the Cavs. He's so valuable to the Warriors and I think people recognize that he really is irreplaceable for them.

I doubt Klay would be there for the full run and he's pretty clearly the 4th piece so I'm not sure he'll get as much love but would probably be a solid HOF candidate (~60% chance with some waiting).

I also think it helps guys like Livingston/Iggy get a lot more discussion 10-15 years from now just by virtue of being on the team and in all of the highlights.
