I understand where she’s coming from…but Jesus Christ, I feel like people are being told more and more what to think recently.

People in the comments saying “I don’t understand why there’s conservative women, you’re voting against your own rights!” Are pretty narrow-minded individuals. Not everyone is going to have the same morals as you whether you like it or not. I hate this subliminal way of telling people how they should think and how they should behave. I hate how people tell their own person stories and anecdotes, and expect everyone to just full-fledged agree with them.

The woman in the video did make some good points, and some of them definitely made me rethink some things…but telling people ((who are total strangers to you btw)) why they’re wrong and why they should think differently isn’t an effective way of trying to prove your point…

Your personal life isn’t an instruction manual on how the rest of the world and its people function, and I’m tired of pretending that it’s the case.
