I think I found something.

I hear "there's one" in the first link and "there's one of em" in the second (clearer) link. I think regardless of the exact words that are heard, it may be helpful to determine and get some agreement that there is a voice here. I'm hoping someone who is really good with audio software will become interested in this. From what I can work out (with my limited abilities in using the software Audacity) it is like the recording is a haystack with lots of voice needles in it (if that makes sense) and most are audible after Brandon stops talking which from what I can make out is something he has decided to do in order to keep hidden ( that is just speculation based on other phrases I think I can hear and am working on getting clips of).
