I think I got scammed, please give me advice. What can I do?

I hope you didn't send him anything yet. This is a classic invoice scam, except he's trying to steal money instead of items. A lot of scammers send invoices dressed up to look like "PayPal gifts" or "delayed" money. If you send him $50 or $190 or whatever, he will block/remove you and your money is gone. Don't send anything unless you actually see the money appear in your account. If you do see something in your account, then issue a refund for that specific payment instead of sending money; if you send him money separately (assuming you actually get anything) then PayPal could reverse whatever money you got and he'll get your "returned" money as a "gift".

The 11 year old account means nothing; it's quite common for scammers to purchase accounts so they look legitimate. +rep comments mean nothing, but scammers often put a lot emphasis on their legitimacy for PayPal trades. Nothing you said about this guy makes him seem especially reputable for real-world money trading. Real name in PayPal means nothing; I've seen people with fake info in PayPal, and scammers often have stolen accounts to begin with. Even if it is his real name, you probably won't be able to do anything to him if he scams.
