I think I might convert to Catholicism.

I would humbly offer, then, that the "explanation of what God says" that /u/FreakinGeese should pursue is the one that is consistent with Christian teaching from the Apostles through the present

If by "consistent with Christian teaching from the Apostles through the present," you mean "what the Catholic Church says," then you are very mistaken, and you are trusting the Catholic Church, and not what God has already said in the Scriptures.

not by our dear friend and brother in Christ, Dr. Arnold.

How is he your "brother in Christ" if you believe something different than what he does? Did you hear the explanation of The Gospel he gave in that video? That is not his own invention/interpretation.

That is actually, what the Word of God says, and all he is doing is simply telling you what he says. The only reason I listen to his sermons is because he is consistent and correct with what The Bible says.

If he was not consistent and correct with what The Bible says, then I wouldn't listen to him.

The Gospel in that video is the real Gospel. You will never hear that inside the walls of any Catholic Church.

That is because they tell you something different than the real Gospel. And if it's different, then it is not the same.
