I don't know, it's kind of tedious but it wasn't too hard in my experience. Depends how you define the word hard I guess.You just need to go through a lot of fake posts and you learn which are fake and which are real. Ads in my city's f4m were (dunno if they still are) devided into three categories - spam bots, people doing it for "rewards" and real people.
