Honestly? If they have big plans for GW2 after End of Dragons, I think they're going to resurrect Utopia. Because that's a direction that doesn't involve the dragons.
People say that a lot of what was in Utopia was rolled into GW2, but the concept art on the wiki says otherwise. There were a few mobs that looked like GW2's destroyers, and the concept of chronomancers, but beyond that it's clearly a very different place from anything we've had so far. It's set in the mists, the architecture is bizarre, and a lot of the creature concepts look twisted, in some cases like they belong in a horror game. I hope they give justice it at some point.
