Not really. People aren't required to care about anything really. If a woman thinks they are thick but they are actually morbidly obese that isn't actually doing anything. People still have eyes and you can say anything you want about yourself. It's odd that everyone is so concerned with what everyone else thinks and what is appropriate especially with what women's common beliefs are. Life will work its own magic and sort all of it out. Men are obsessed with what women think about themselves and what they consider normal. It's all for nothing and a waste of time. People are going to do what they want, choose who they want, regardless of whatever beliefs, delusional or not, are present.
