Idaho hospital wants Ammon Bundy held in contempt of court, at least $7.5M in damages

Charges were dismissed on a procedural factor and NOT on the facts at hand.

You're confused, that was a separate case from a 2014 standoff in Nevada.

What happened in Malheur went to a jury and all 12 voted not guilty.

Not guilty in a legal sense does NOT mean a crime was not committed, and that he's not a domestic terrorist. He's just one that was not convicted.

In the US, "domestic terrorist" is an actual legal term with a specific definition (which Bundy doesn't fit).
