I only recently got to know the historical connection between the netherlands and spain, which surprised me if im honest, so this reminded me of that a little, but in a more uplifting way haha.

Yea that makes sense, that people wouldn't really react to an accent. Most people are professional when it comes to that I'd wager, especially nowadays, when doing business internationally is almost unavoidable.

I live in germany, so when it comes to some words the accent actually resembles a dutch one a bit I'd say.

Although I think the dutch pronounciation is a bit softer, in a pleasant way
