Ideas on how to control anxiety over health?

Skimming your post history, I notice you're in Vancouver, a city that does allow for private ultrasounds. Would booking one for sooner help with your anxiety?

Otherwise, I'd look into counseling options for anxiety. Maybe you're right and there is a serious diagnosis, but maybe these are post-pregnancy symptoms that will go away themselves in time. If so, I think some form of psychotherapy to help manage your health anxiety would be your best bet. (In particular, it's not uncommon for women with post-partum depression and anxiety to feel the way that you are.)

I'm sorry about the health anxiety. It can be overwhelming and that really sucks. Either way, I hope you're able to get some solid answers soon.
