[Identify] c.1953 Omega Seamaster (?) gifted to my Grandfather 1953/09/02

I was very happy to inherit this watch from my Grandfather via my Father around 2008. I hadn't ever really noticed what it was aside from the engraving. The thing is, that after scouring the OmegaForums.net community, /r/Watches, and ~314 Omega-dedicated websites (including the official Omega Heritage website) for the past 6 hours or so, I haven't seen a single Omega with the same dial. I'd love to find out what the reference is and so on. I do not have a case-opening device (it's a screw-in), so that's out for the moment. I've attached some photos, and am happy to provide any other information about it.

TLDR: Omega Gift from the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce Delivered September 2, 1953 Owned by my Grandfather until his death, 2003/08. Owned by my Father until his death, 2008/06. Owned by me since. No information regarding the maintenance history before 2003. No information regarding (ab)use before 2003. Worn <10 times since 2003. No maintenance since 2003.

(I'm bad at reddit, by the way. Sorry for bad formatting here.)
