"The idiot fans out there that just care about the wins and losses and all that stuff, they don't understand what's happening."

after 1 very bad season? No not at all.

Badgers have a history, Six national championships. Previously they were an elite program. Eaves has ruined it.

Eaves teams seem to have a 4 year plan. you're really horrible for 1 year where it's all young men (your eaves backers call this the 4 year plan) The next 2 years you get gradually better. Year 4 you Win. So as you can see we have at least 1-2 rebuilding years ever 4 years.
The 4 year plan...I guess you could say was successful but that is lacking. 2002: Eaves's first year. 2006: National Championship 2010: Blown out in the national championship game by a great BC team. First Hobey winner 2014: #1 seed in NCAAs, beat in the first round by NoDak.

Eaves has 6 seasons under .550. 4 under .500. Jeff Sauer, our previous coach had 4 in 20 years. Badger Bob technically had 0 (the badgers were below .500 the year he was the Olympic coach, I don't count it since he didn't coach an assistant did) in 16 years. So as you can see History says we should have good teams...less than that can be unacceptable.

He is uninspiring in his coaching. As I said in a comment below. We are not competitive, we are not consistent. We can rarely play 60 minutes of hockey. We play to not lose, or to tie. Since 1963-64 we have had 131 ties. 57 of them have come in the last 13 years.

We lost some great coaches to the USHL and the NCAA...then he brought in Bill Butters. Someone who hadn't coached in 15 years. He hired Gary Shuchuck (the guy calling us idiots) who had 0 NCAA coaching experience. THen he hired Matt Walsh, also 0 NCAA coaching experience. We should have damn near the cream of the crop when it comes to coaches.

We play dump and chase yet we always get beat in the corners and rarely get shots.

Our power plays literally turn into passing practice. how many times have you seen your team on a 5 on 3 power play and they take 0 shots? It's happened many times here.

We have years like this year where we have way too many younger players. This is inept management by him to keep our teams some what balanced and to account for outgoing players.

his teams seem beat. I am biased here but I know the strength coach. He's a wonderful man who knows his shit. he has had pro job offers and turned them down. Pros come back every year during the summer to train with him (many sources on this not just first hand knowledge) Joe Pavelski, Tommy Gilbert, Brian Elliott and others. yet we seem to constantly be tired all the time and not being able to play 60 minutes.

We have consistently, for decades, lead the country in attendance for years. We lost 4300 season ticket holders in the last 2 years alone (some teams that is their barn)

He assaulted a player, this has been settled and he apologized, but it still happened.

I have things to do but this is jsut some of the things going on and why he should be gone.
