Idk how to be normal

"Normal" is subjective.

Someone who grew up in an abusive household will internalize abuse as normal. Someone who grew up within a society that teaches a certain way of life will believe that way of life is the norm. Maybe we all have Stockholm Syndrome.

Depression feels normal for you because you live with it everyday. But other people's opinion of "normal" doesn't feel right to you because you haven't experienced what they are talking about. It's confusing when someone tells you "how you think" is wrong because that's all you know. You can try their way of thinking, but it feels strange to you. You're not use to it.

But one day you'll crave the desire to change. Maybe you'll watched an inspirational movie, you'll have an epiphany over a blog article, you'll meet an amazing person whom you don't want to ruin the relationship with, or you become tired of your daily "normal" and you decide to change your perspective. Then you'll seek a new "normal".
