I really would like to understand this better but I see no where to go if you can't codify what female means. I get that you think this is a simple matter of fact and I'm not necessarily disputing that but the definition of a fact is an objective description of reality, an idea whose limits and characteristics can be described.

May I ask, do you find the question ridiculous so you don't want to answer? I earnestly would like to hear a novel definition if you've got one. Otherwise I guess I can assume that you mean the genetic definition which if that's the case ok but such a system excludes a lot of people I'm pretty sure you would think of as female and it doesn't feel right to just leave those people in limbo when talking about what is fair, unless we admit that we're not really looking for what's fair, just kinda shooting for a middleground that doesn't particularly suit anyone shrug
