Idk what to do about certain food withdrawal symptoms

Ty for your response. Yes I agree I know I’m guilty of doing all or nothing type thinking far too often. I tend to hold my expectations too high and tend to self loathe a lot. I get stuck thinking about how dedicated I was in the past vs now and end up feeling disappointed and ashamed of myself. The frustration of that way of thinking has negatively impacted my mental health more than anything, and I really just don’t want to be affected in that way anymore so I wanted to actually try my best to do more research and see if there are any other ways of easing myself into a better diet.

I do try my best at moderation, my main issue lies with caffeine or sugar (possibly both) I haven’t had success cutting down to less than 3 a day. I did see a few doctors (my mom has diabetes on her side), but they have all said my blood sugar and everything else comes out as normal. I did try to cut it down with things like applesauce or home made juicing, healthy sugars instead, but after just 1 day, if I don’t have at least one soda or Powerade I’ll feel super nauseous and will get a migraine until I do. I’ve waited it out up to 3 days, and then I couldn’t anymore. Is this something I should just try and suck up and will eventually go away? Or is there something that’ll at least ease the process ?
