US HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA (UNITED STATES) Candidates from this educational system are expected to obtain a global grade (GPA) greater than 3.2 out of 4. Although it is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that the candidate take a subject with an AP (Advanced Placement) or Honors level. In addition, specific subjects may be required depending on the degree of interest. Important Note: It is a requirement of the Spanish Ministry of Education to present the academic record of the last 3 years of the US High School Diploma, which correspond to years 10, 11 and 12. For those students who have only completed the last year in this system (Y12) must submit the grades obtained in years 10 and 11 corresponding to the previous academic system.
