If 80% of Americans Wore Masks, COVID-19 Infections Would Plummet, New Study Says

For sure, idaipy cases go down by 70-80%, likely lower death rate due to lesser viral concentration, plus economy can reopen much smoother. Japan still has so few tests and all they rely on is public wearing masks, no handshakes and personal hygiene.

All government around the world has to do is to tell people to wear masks, impose travel ban in January and give out masks for every household, that would save lives and economy already. Test kits can be limited if people are universally wearing masks once report from China is received.

Sadly they miss the other golden opportunity in late March lockdown. That was suppose to be the time to distribute face mask and make people get use to wearing a mask, no handshakes and draft laws to make people get use to it for awhile.

Had they do all the above, even with limited testing and contact tracing, daily cases will at least reduce to possibly 15k cases a day if not much less.
