If anyone is interested in the Whole Moto Story.

as void, dates you sent the phone out and got it back, if you've been able to talk to anyone's boss or if you've tried, but etc need to be laid out. If you're not posting a greater than 2 page letter. The posting a photo of a phone in 2 pieces on your car's seat then posting a small paragraph the next day then another post with the same picture of phone on your car's seat but another photo of the front of the phone. It seems like you don't want to lay it all out there and not giving details for someone to see what you did wrong.

Honestly there are only two posts, about this issue. It's the first time I sent this phone in to them.

What I did, I called them and set up a repair, while the phone was mint, the only issue was a faulty camera. This was the only issue the phone had so I wanted it fixed, since it was a manufacturing defect. It took them a while to proccess it, and at one point, two weeks into the process they randomly told me that they had lost the phone. Quickly after that they said, it's in the warehouse and is safe. A week later I was told the warehouse isn't telling them anything and I just need to be patient and wait another week. At which point, I was told the phone is being sent back to me and my warranty is void.

I finally got the phone on wednesday, and it was in two peices, and missing a sim tray.

All that really happened was they wasted a bunch of my time, and then sent my phone to me with out a backcover on and no sim tray.

What's so fishy about that? Their QC policies are awful, how am I at fault when it comes to that. How am I at fault if the ECR says one thing and the paper they sent to me says something else.

I apologize but they've told my my 435 dollar phone isn't going to be serviced and then sent it back with out a sim tray, and with a the cover off of it.
