IF the Bucks decide to consider trade offers for Jabari Parker, what would it possibly take for Jazz to get him ?

I certainly don't consider myself more knowledgeable than ESPN - what I'm saying is that their top X rankings are usually incorrect, thus I'm stating I don't consider the ranking to be a good argument.

As for the report on him you listed and stated earlier yourself. I agree, he has his obvious cons/faults (whatever they're called, not sure what word to use). The main problem I tried to argument is to correct his stats for 2016-2017.

As for why I consider him - by no means am I saying we should 100% trade for him, that he's a perfect player for our team but rather - was asking on people's thoughts on my theorized situation and what we could offer for him. He's young and is a forward, a position which our team doesn't excel but now has 2 serious ACL injuries which I agree - is a risky player and too early to tell on how he comes back.

Parker's supposedly expecting a max and that's crazy news, I forgot to mention but I was trying to imply the situation where his contract would be on a more or less 15mil , 20 at most.
