If you can only handle jogging for a little bit but not too long then you might be interested in this job.

[Part 1 of 2]

Here, you want another one for the collection. lol. But you know all this stuff 'll get cleared out later.

The other month was starting to get injured and thought, well best to uh, wrap up this first album. Started on that like 4 and a half years ago. Was gonna wait till there was a few more tracks so I could weed out worse ones. But all of Jan couldn't sit at the comp because the arm would throb from that nerve damage. Looking like I couldn't work on tunes any more.

So I was there.. when I get my tax return I'll get that first album out. Was pretty good for being able to work on tune the past year. But the "mood" of things the whole time was too anxious though with the stress. Couldn't let that reflect in the music though.

In recent months axed Vevo. They changed their rules and were all uptight about how the content needs to be more professional and you'd need to have more of a following. So I said, well remove it all. Now I can do whatever for video. Before that you couldn't have anything with text in it. Now I put the single album covers for a few seconds first. But now I don't have that auto-generated youtube channel with the vevo watermark like established bands. Whatever. Looking around for my stuff it's on it's way out there in searches so they helped. If you just look it up on google or youtube it's like established artists.

Last summer tested out this DMDS, Digital music distribution service from this company called Yangaroo in Toronto. They handle the voting for lots of major US award shows. How I found out about them was looking how you could submit music videos to Muchmusic. Well you can't send unsolicited material to these types of commercial media outlets. Found an obscure webpage saying they use DMDS. Interesting system, it's the same that record labels use to get to these outlets. You can send to radio stations too. You're on a level playing field with the labels. Had to learn broadcast specifications and closed captioning. Pulled it off. Tested out submitting a few vids. Another couple I made for a buddy. Sent one to MTV US. Sent a couple of mine to Much. You see who at the companies checks it out. Went into the archives. What you'd have to do is take time and put craftsmanship into the product.

The other month got the tax return. Submitted the album for digital distribution and that got an album UPC. With the digital distribution it then would match third party content if somebody uploads it to youtube, the artist still gets monetization. I do have the google adsense for my youtube channel but you'd need fans first. Digital distribution gets it out there to all kinds on places like spotify, itunes, amazon. I don't have a smart phone so can't check my own stuff out. lol.

Wanted to get a professionally made demo CD to send to college radio stations. Online most of them say you have to snail mail in whole albums. Got 20 made thru cdbaby, shrink wrapped, silk screened discs, UPC bar code. That was kinda neat. Costs a lot though, like just going over the border with brokerage fees, plus exchange rate. Then international postage to the states. Winds up being close to 20 bucks a place. Wanted to get that done though with the tax return.

I was thinking.. where could I send these. Wanted to send them to college stations around the world. The material is instrumental so not limited to English countries.

Something else was going on at that time, somebody mentioned this book "Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon: Laurel Canyon, Covert Ops & the Dark Heart of the Hippy Dream, by David McGowan". I wasn't familiar with Los Angeles so would look up locations he'd mention in Google earth. I'd see these community pins of celebs houses. Thought, hey maybe I could uh, see if I could get some proper info of where some are. Then I was like, well, to who and how many. I gotta mainly send some to radio stations.

These "celeb" assclowns there.. In 2006 on myspace I happened to track some down. Had methods of doing that. Then wind up in private rooms. Once they see you're "friends" with some of theirs, they know they can trust you. They'd post pics of whatever, you could search by image in google and not elsewhere online. Coulda maybe sold stuff to TMZ but you don't betray them like that. They'd often go around with pics they'd get online, would go as role players to throw off fans. Some of them only hang out with certain others. So you're not gonna get 'em all but did get to know a few of them. That went on for a few years. You get to know how these people really are behind the scenes. Some of who they're actually involved with romantically is not what you see in the news. Mainly though, they're full of themselves and not good people. They think they're hot stuff and everybody else is crap. They have to keep doing drugs so they feel as important as people think they are. I dropped out for many years now of having any interest in them.

Once you get deeper about what's going on in the world behind the scenes of who's running the world, that whole Hollywood thing is just another branch of it. So it's not good with the devil worshiping. This is all part of why they only date other celebs and not outsiders. I have no interest in anything having to do with any of 'em. This was a one shot deal getting some of those demos to a few of them. Cause I know a bit of what goes on behind the scenes over there and it's not "cool". Everything you see on TV and all those characters are all orchestrated for whatever purposes they have in mind. They're all just puppets.

At the supermarket checkout you see them on the covers of the magazines. Everybody thinks they're fantastic. Well most of them can't figure out how to get richer. They have to keep working their day jobs to pay the higher bills. They can't figure out how to become billionaires. At age 30, they're done, too. Time to retire. So they're all miserable. Pretty everybody probably had sex with most of them too. STD's are rampant. How about this one story in recent years of Jim Carrey's ex talking specifically about that. Must be lovely having multiple millions but STD's to spoil it all. They're generally all sex maniacs too behind the scenes at their "parties". It's like get over it, already. You get these rock stars and basketball players who've slept with tens of thousands of women. Whatever. A lot of these people, when the cameras are off, are not good people and are crabby because they're not more successful.

Anyways.. I have no interest in them. Just thought.. ok maybe I can send a few of these demos to some. Well.. who. And then, how are you going to find out proper current info. That was a little tricky.

Well, when I was checking that book, thought, hey if you could live in LA, where. I thought, hey what about by that sign. Well, none of them live in that area. But thought, do they have an assessment site like here in town with the wpg assessment. Had been checking this LA assessment site and notice you can move around and get proper parcel info. Plus proper mailing info of a parcel. Also has more updated satellite pics. So that's just one tool.

You have these cheezy sites of celebs houses in satellite. Often, those are correct but can be old. You need up to date stuff because many move around a lot. They also have places in NY, beach houses, Malibu. Gotta think, where are they from, where would they hang out more. Most of the industry goes on in LA.

I noticed this contact celebrities site but you'd have to pay. Worked around that when results would have a /members so limit a search to that and get past the pay wall. That was pretty good because it was for industry people to get a hold of people. Would list the celeb's place, not just their agent. Also would have a bogus addresses section. However, some of them, their proper place might be in there. You need to use multiple sources.

Noticed this other realtor assessment site which would list owner. The city site doesn't. But you couldn't search for a place. Would use google for the address and limit the site. Then in the owner might be a trust but sometimes their name. Like Paris on myspace some of her urls might be her middle name and mother's maiden name. That's what she used for the owner name in that assessment site.

Another site was this contractor work permit. Would sometimes list owner. Would show whatever work. If you see they bought that house whenever, oh all this work got done just before or after. Couldn't search but use google and limit site. More methods to pinpoint things with other sites.

A good one, well you'd see in the news they'd brag about buying a place but would never say where. Well, right click on the pics and check caches and might find the realtor listing from before they bought it. That would list the address. Sometimes celebs are on private roads, or in gated communities. Some of this stuff's a little tricky.

Then you start getting some places.. check in google earth. A couple times, street view is blurred out. Very rare.. but it's like, what are they hiding here. Red flag it's their place. Might have realtor pics and can't see the house, but oops, as soon as you get out of street view, now you see the 3D object of the place.
