Why people think GOOD IDEA to put said kids with typical kids, EVEN THOUGH both kids will not learn good.

Your answer not correct answer to this question. Your answer is correct answer for "why exist?" question. This above not "why exist?" question. This above is "why thinking it's great idea?" question.

Since you will answer the same irrelevant thing: "working with what you have" does not always equal "great idea" and in this case it totally does not equal that.
