Well here is a story. My phone was not confiscated but it was remotely tapped. The police do have the means to do this. I watched porn on my phone on a number of ocassions while it was tapped and in hindsight was showing signs of tapping. They were able to activate the camera and record screenshots on my phone and extract them. Subsequently I was doxxed and friends, family and neighbours know my sexual fantasies. Awkward.

This all happened following a police report I filed for harrasment. I understand among the harrasment I was suffering were accusations I was a pedophile and even had false rape romours spread about me. Presumably they saw cause and got a warrant for my ISP? Or maybe they didn't, they don't always need one in my country.
