If you could change anything about the U.S. system of Healthcare, what would it be and why?

The problem with healthcare for a country this size is that no matter how you slice it, you can only ever pick two out of:

Quality

Speed

Low Prices

Ideally, IMO, there should be a base coverage for everyone that will provide care, I ideally hitting on quality and low prices, while sacrificing speed as there will always be a long list of people needing treatment.

With that base in place, I also thing you should be able to pay for private care as well, allowing for speed and quality while sacrificing cost.

The hard part is keeping the universal baseline benefits from falling into both poor speed and poor quality, and keeping the private care affordable for a good chunk of the population.
