If you could change the US Constitution, what changes would you make to it?

State legislators decide on the "compensation" representatives get. Representatives cannot purchase new stock in companies while in office. Any stock they own at the beginning of thier term is placed in a trust that they have no control over untill they leave office. Term limits on the house, senate and supreme court. Elections for appointees to all courts, both state and federal. Following completion of highschool, to earn the right to vote a citizen must complete either 2 years military service or 4 years civil service. Compensation for either would include tuition for 4 years at a public university or trade tech or equivalent cash value at a private school. Those that choose not to serve relinquish the right to vote in state or national elections, but keep the rest of the rights and protections the constitution outlines. Additionally, those who did not serve cannot hold public office above say the position of mayor.
