if you could double the size of a part in your body, what would it be?

Short Telomeres help control cancerous cells, since, any cell that escapes the cell cycle and starts dividing out of control will burn through the Telomeres fast and damage its DNA beyond repair, stopping growth altogether. Malignant cancers, as a rule of thumb, have activated the otherwise repressed Telomerase gene, responsible for generating a Telomere in the first place (the gene is, normally, only active during the early stages of life, and generates Telomeres to last your entire life)

You could just get Telomerase injections to grow back your Telomeres, but they are shown to cause cancer. Anti-aging will never be a thing until we can reliably detect and 'cure' cancer in a safe way
