Why do you assume I own a pet? I’ve been in hundreds of peoples houses who own dogs and cats and there is absolute truth in the filth and squalor that you indicated that some of these people live in. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen households where they legitimately let the animals shit on the floor. It’s fucking horrific.

You just made far too bold a sweeping statement. For all the shit holes there are still houses that are OCD level spotless, like you’d need a forensic team to find an animal hair even with a cat or a big ass dog roaming around. But you are right, if I cared that much, I’d be a vegan. But I’m not. It doesn’t make my observation any less valid though even if I don’t subscribe to that view myself.
