As if eating sweets everyday would make you fat!

I'm happy with my weight, I used to be one of those "skinny people that eat whatever they want" and I'd just live on pizza and junk food, it just happened to be small enough portions where I never put on.

My goal right now is more just wanting not to feel unfit. Like I still can't do normal push ups at all. Running or cycling for longer than a few minutes at a time is hard for me. I constantly have to take breaks to get my breathing back to normal. This is all new to me, so when I saw 3 hours a day I freaked out a bit and thought maybe I feel unfit because I'm not doing nearly enough. I think maybe I just haven't been doing it for long enough yet.

It's annoying because when you google exercise stuff there's so much "try this one trick and lose 50kg in 10 seconds!!!" BS that it's hard to seperate helpful advice from things targeted at the kinds of people who want an instant fix. I'm basically just trying a bit of everything right now and sticking with the things that feel difficult but still easy enough that I can actually physically do them.
