It is pretty normal for cysts to form when the ovary releases eggs... I actually just learned the other day that it happens much more frequently than I had previously thought. So I think the answer is: yes it is possible to have a cyst and not notice, but that probably means that the cyst is tiny and harmless. However I dont think it would be possible to have a cyst large enough to rupture or cause damage without noticing. I know health anxiety can be overwhelming, take a deep breath, focus on your present surroundings. I like to do the "look around the room" and identify 5 things I can see, feel, hear, smell. It really helps take me out of the worry of what might be in the future and brings me back to what is actually happening in the present.
