If you had to give up your body to someone else, what tips would you give the next owner?

There's nothing wrong with sugar. 99% of the brain runs on fructose which is sugar. The issue is, a lot of people drink tons of sodas, and other things high in sugar. Which is ok if you exercise a LOT and eat a lot of fruit.. but they are just empty calories. And that's the issue.

Fruit is full of nutrients and sugars where as soda isn't nutrient dense, it's just empty calories (Just sugar). So you're not receiving any nutrients with it.

One could live off monomeal of only raw fruit, that's actually our ideal diet. We are tropical fruitavores.

But we can't live off of a monomeal of coca cola.

Also PS, diets are mostly pointless as well. So is counting calories, and restricting what you're eating. If you restrict what you eat, especially on diets like the military diet, you are basically starving yourself and most of the weight you are losing is water weight. And after you "finish" the diet, you end up binging it all back, because your so lacking in nutrients.

One of the best diets is simply the plant based diet. Don't calorie restrict, just eat plant based. No need to eat animal/animal products., And no need to harm the animals.

r/vegan has some great info for anyone who is interested in a plant based diet. You'll feel so much better, energized, and more alive.
