If Harry was in grave danger of becoming an Obscurial, would Dumbledore have intervened?

I really don't think Harry was in grave danger of becoming an Obscurial. Really. No danger at all actually.

He was bullied by his cousin. Mistreated by the family, ignored, letf aside. But never something that justified any Obscurial talk.

He never knew or realized he was magical until Hagrid showed up. Nor did Petunia and the others.

Obscurial occurs when magic is being suppressed. That never happened to him. And we are talking about a torturous and active suppression. Really bad things. Where did this happen to him? Never.

He himself never had knowledge of his magic. How come he was in danger of becoming a Obscurial?

Following this though, every muggle born should be in danger of becoming one. Or any bullied or mistreated kid ever.

It doesn't make sense.
