If hitler had won WW2, would modern society still hate nazis?

German here. It's hard to know what a world would look like where the axis powers actually were victorious. Many would imagine a scenario like in Wolfenstein or The Man in the High Castle, but I'm not so sure about that.

The Nazis would have almost certainly continued their extermination campaigns if no one were there to stop them. This would mean that Jews, certain ethnic minorities, dissidents, rebells, sexual & gender minorities, disabled people and other individuals the Nazis deemed unworthy would be killed. It's hard to imagine that society at large would get around hating Nazis eventually. Especially when the Nazis would be an occupying force.

We can also look to how Nazis treated countries they invaded.

I'm sure if the Nazis won, the history books of that era would present them as the good guys, but I doubt many living through that period would think the same.

As for the last part: Hitler didn't develop Germany after WWII, he didn't even see the end of it, as he committed suicide in a bunker in Berlin as Soviet forces were closing in.

Hitler did develop Germany in a lot of areas before WWII, though probably not as successfully as is sometimes claimed. As a consequence of all the development happening at the time, Germany found new sources of "income" by invading other countries and also by robbing and killing the jewish communities of Europe.
