If injuries were impossible in the NBA, what injury in the history of the NBA is most impactful?

So many "what ifs"! Penny Hardaway, Grant Hill, Bill Walton, D-Rose ...

But I'll go with Len Bias. #2 pick in the draft for the Celtics in 1986. Could've been an all-star caliber player to play alongside Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Robert Parrish, Dennis Johnson, and Danny Ainge. Celtics' biggest issue versus teams like the Lakers and Pistons was depth; Pistons were deepest team in the league and the Lakers were also very deep.

Celtics lost to the Lakers 4-2 in the Finals that year, including a 1 point loss at the Boston Garden in Game 4. With Bias, the C's might have won.

If Bias hadn't died and Larry Bird hadn't suffered the back injury working on his mom's driveway, the Bird-era Celtics might end up with 5 or 6 rings.
