If you instalose a round don’t blame dps

it's a lot more complex though since everything is "connected". Maybe your healers are dead because they are getting dived/ flanked but no one is noticing/ caring.

Maybe the tanks die because the rest of the team is not tagging along with them.

Especially with the 2hield meta and the insane amount of healers Moira and Bap can put out, the point you can hang around a long time simply is due to insane amount of heals...and they also happen in the enemy team.

Overall, I personally see more games being lost over people not caring enough to make switches and/ or getting mad at everyone else, then tilt the team and eventually rather throw the game instead of sucking it up and trying to make it work and maybe even turn the tide.

Also: communication is key, but so many people are lacking communication skills massively.

The other day I had a McCree that was positioned behind me trashtalk me after he respawned over how I was not healing him, claiming he would have been right behind me etc.

Basically told him if he would has been as communicative BEFORE dying and simply would have told me "Moira, need heals right behind you", he most likely wouldn't have died in the first place.

Or the Ana that is writing an essay in textchat over how she constantly is getting dived and no one helping her...like: how about letting people know you need help?

So often people are assuming their teammates would have any sort of psychic powers and could read their mind and no communication would be needed whatsoever.

I mean, it's fine if you don't want to communicate, I won't force anyone, but thencoming to voicechat to trashtalk anyways and suddenly find the courage to use voice...is so wrong on so many levels.
