However the document is drafted, it won't matter. At the end of the day, the Pope is and has always been enjoying Papal primacy AND supremacy. Unless there is some power on earth, aside from God of course, that has the authority to revoke the 1st Vatican Council, such a document would be nothing but jargon and fantasies being used by the people at the Holy See to appease the increasing number of progressives that have their own theology regarding the Church, the Papacy, and life.
