If I leave my company before the end of the year I'll get $8000. Should I quit?

I guess I'm kinda lucky at my job. It's not unlimited PTO but if I wake up tomorrow and just am not feeling it that day I can get on my phone and submit a PTO request on their app 5 min before my shift starts and roll back over in my bed. Vacation is a separate balance of hours and that does need to be approved but you only need to submit it 24 hrs in advance and I've never had them deny it. They do have a black out period for vacation during peak season but we can still use our PTO and unpaid time off hours as we see fit.

Like work can be a mad house and be getting swarmed with work and you can just clock out and go home with no repercussions as long as you have the time to cover your shift.
