Was really such a brilliant team, so balanced. That midfield was a brutal. Nearly as technical as ours this year but big and strong as well. Essien, Ballack, Deco, Lampard, Mikel, Matic.

Would be awesome to see how our squad at our peak this or next year would have played against them. What a match that would be. We would have real trouble against that midfield in my opinion. They could get physical with us in a way we would struggle to combat.

Though I think our current squad is capable of doing even better than they did, alot of that would be due to relatively larger gap between us and the rest of the top 6 than it was then. Pep too i guess.

Man for man, that team i think they would have the beating of us (at least as of now, they were all at their peaks and who knows how good Jesus, Sane, Sterling can become).
