Ok, for my eq i normally set it at 210°C some people start lower then gradually go higher in temp. I can make my sessions last quite a bit by stirring up the weed every 5-10 mins with a finely grinded bud.

Elbow pack method is a shorter session since i dont have much weed packed up there but can still give me a good amount of draws from the whip.

If you dont care how much grass you use for your session, i would just fill the bowl lightly up to a little more than half way of the glass bowl, wait a few minutes to heat up the weed and start vaping, Stirring every so often helps. I stop vaping when it starts tasting burnt or the weed is a darkish brown and the vapor is barely visible.
