If a pregnant women (Say 38 weeks) dies, how long does the baby have before it dies too?

With current medical knowledge a baby can survive leaving the womb at 22 weeks.

I'm not sure what you mean if the baby can still be saved. After the few minutes without oxygen it will be very dead I think. You can sometimes revive legally dead adults but I think that's because they're adults and can take the strain on their body necessary to restart their heart and stuff. I don't think a legally dead baby out of the womb could live through what it takes to revive a pretty much dead human.

Perhaps in a situation where the dying woman gets into a hospital at the nick of time and the baby gets out of her just before dying it might survive with a bit of brain damage or something by being put in one of those baby incubator things.
